Account has been charged, but I didn't get a ticket. What should I do?

Check the "spam" folder on your computer to see whether the confirmation email for the reservation was put there. In the event that this is not the case, kindly write an email to support@ayatickets.com. Be sure to include your email, event name and payment details. Within the next two days, we will get back to you and re-issue your ticket.
